Emotional fitness tips shared

RECOVERING from trauma, abuse or alcohol addiction is a daunting task but Gladstone business leaders were shown the tools to use to work on emotional fitness at the GAPDL 2012 February Business enterprise luncheon.

Keynote speaker and Emotional Fitness program founder Cynthia Morton touched the room with stories of her own personal experiences dealing with overcoming such issues and how she had helped thousands of others to do the same.
